**Inside Apparatus exhibits are subject to the approval of the weight/height of the vehicle by the convention center and are limited to one vehicle. Ladder trucks are not able to be inside the exhibit hall.

***Outside Apparatus exhibits include one vehicle.  Additional vehicles are subject to a $500 per vehicle additional charge.

    • The exhibit hall reception includes drinks and snacks served inside of the exhibit hall with signage recognizing Frazer LTD as the exclusive sponsor.
  • Pre-Conference All Day Education Session - $5,000
    • Includes ability to address the group and introduce the speaker, sponsor signage in the room, ability to place promo items on the session tables in the room. Also includes a tabletop display that can be staffed outside the room.
  • Opening Keynote Sponsor $5,000SOLD
    • Includes ability to address the group and introduce the speaker, sponsor signage in the room, ability to place promo items on the session tables in the room.
  • Awards Lunch Sponsor $5,000SOLD
    • Includes ability to address the group and introduce the speaker, sponsor signage in the room, ability to place promo items on the session tables in the room.
  • Name Badge Lanyards $3,500
    • High visibility option to have logo placed on name attendee badge holders that will be word for the duration of the event. TFCA will work with sponsor to select and produce.
  • Breakout Track Sponsor $2,500 (4 opportunities/ 2 SOLD)
    • Includes tabletop display outside of session room, logo placed on agenda signage, recognition on event agenda.
  • Conference Tote Bags $2,500
    • Ability to have logo placed on the attendee give away bag. TFCA will work with sponsor to select and produce the bag.
  • Food & Beverage Sponsors (4 opportunities/ 1 SOLD) - $1,500
    • Incudes exclusive signage during the break and the ability to display products, marketing materials, etc.

Exhibitor Details

Each 8’x10’ booth will come with a booth package that includes a table, two chairs and standard Wi-Fi. Electrical and carpet will be purchased separately.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to [email protected].

  • 50% of total sponsorship cost before February 24, 2023
  • 100% of total sponsorship cost after February 24, 2023
