TFCA Regional Events & Sponsorships

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring one of the TFCA regional events. The packages listed below are the same for each event and are priced per event.

Corporate Membership is mandatory for any organization wanting to be a sponsor. As part of sponsorship packages, only organizations that spend $5K or more in a year on sponsorships will have its logo listed on the front page of the TFCA website.

Regional Sponsorships Packages

Platinum Sponsor Package - $5,000 (limit 2 per event)

• Tabletop Display During Event in premium area
• Logo Displayed on TFCA Event Page with link to company site
• Logo included on print materials and signage
• Opportunity to host an after-hours event that will be displayed on the TFCA agenda
• 3 Complimentary Passes to Event
• Pre/Post Event Attendee List
• Specific Sponsored Event during TFCA Event
  • All Academies – Company will be recognized as a sponsor for the graduation and will receive: signage at breakfast, signage onstage, opportunity to provide branded items to be distributed, and special recognition during graduation ceremony
  • Workshops – Company will be recognized as a sponsor for the afternoon reception and will receive: additional signage at reception, opportunity to provide branded items to be distributed, and special recognition during reception.

Gold Sponsor Package - $3,000

• Tabletop Display During Event
• Logo Displayed on TFCA Event Page with link to company site
• Logo included on print materials and signage
• Opportunity to host an after-hours event that will be displayed on the TFCA agenda
• 2 Complimentary Passes to Event
• Pre/Post Event Attendee List

Silver Sponsor Package - $1000

• Tabletop Display During Event
• Company listing on TFCA Event Page with link to company site
• Company listing included on print materials and signage
• 1 Complimentary Pass to Event
• Post Event Attendee List

Additional On-site Representative - $250 for full event

• Each sponsorship package comes with a set amount of complimentary passes to the event. If you wish to send more people that your package’s allotted amount, additional on-site representatives can be purchased.

Company Officer Academy Sponsorships

TFCA is accepting sponsorships for the Company Officer Academy, offering an opportunity for companies to support the next generation of fire service leaders by providing lunch for academy participants.

Lunch sponsors will receive recognition throughout the program while directly contributing to a high-impact learning experience for Company Officers from across the state. Sponsorships help keep registration costs accessible while enhancing the overall attendee experience.

Opportunity to send one company representative during the sponsored lunch to network with attendees.
