Registration Information

The Fire Chiefs Workshop is open to current Fire Chiefs (Head of Department). Registration includes access to 2.5 days of presentations and open discussion with fellow fire chiefs and professionals, lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, and breakfast on Friday.

Hotel Information

TFCA has secured a limited room block at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa at a discounted rate. The rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis. The discounted rate will be available until Tuesday, November 17, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before Monday, November 17, 2025. A 50% refund will be issued for written requests received between November 18 - December 1. No refunds will be issued after December 1, 2025. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No cancellations will be taken by phone.

Registrants who do not attend the conference and/or do not contact TFCA via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full attendee registration fee.

Substitution Policy

Substitute attendees may be named prior to Monday, December 1, 2025, or during on-site registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
