Fire Department administrative staff carry a heavy burden. Without a strong administrative staff, organizations can not achieve their full potential and operate efficiently.  The goal of this conference is to provide position-specific training and development opportunities and to help connect fire administrative staff members and enable them to provide the highest level of support possible. This inaugural 1.5 day event will be held in conjunction with the currently scheduled 2nd in Command Workshop in College Station and will be FREE for all attendees. Class size is limited to 50 so please make plans now to attend and reserve your spot.
