What the Office Symposium is NOT

The Symposium is NOT a “top down” lecture series of Chiefs telling Company Officers what they are doing wrong. This is a peer to peer event where COs from other areas of the state will lead attendees in discussions of their experience, ideas that work and mutual challenges all COs face. There will be a Chief in attendance but they will be there as a resource and sounding board for attendees.
